Linked to the CAE helpdesk facility, a CAE network operations center delivers 24x7 remote monitoring of complete customer infrastructures. This service is offered by way of a secure connection between a customer site and CAE utilising VPN or private circuit. Dedicated servers monitor a number of key infrastructure elements adding an extra level of responsiveness.
