Install / Implementation

Equipment is installed according to instructions provided by and agreed with the customer. The procedures followed include all necessary technical and site guidelines included by the manufacturer and the customer.

Test

Testing includes physical onsite check and connectivity to a corporate infrastructure. Full end to end testing is carried out throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the integrity of installed systems and co-existence with existing elements. A project is not deemed complete until the test plan has been signed by the engineer and an onsite representative of the customer.

The engineer is committed to site until testing is complete or agreed with the project team having raised an actionable issue.

Sign off

CAE sign off procedures are agreed with the customer as part of initiation and all records are collated and made available for review as part of project meetings.

Sign off includes all items specified to ensure a site is fully operational.

Engineers are equipped with digital cameras so that a photographic record is kept of the work completed.
