Technical Vet
A pre-order technical and sanity check is provided as a matter of course so that any changes in manufacturer specification or compatibility with existing infrastructure is taken into account before reaching site. It is often the simplest things that can be taken for granted and we are committed to eliminating mistakes and reducing possible headaches and returns procedures.
Configuration
The CAE logistics facility incorporates a configuration centre capable of processing hundreds of units a day. Configuration tasks include both hardware and software builds to exact customer specification. All work is completed to agreed procedures in a static controlled environment.
This service is appropriate for anything between a single unit and a complete multi-site roll out so ensure that you ask your account team for help in saving precious time and resource by utilising CAE.
Testing
A well managed testing program will save time and effort on site. The level of testing required needs to adequately reflect the risk of potential failure and will be tailored to meet your unique requirements.
Basic testing is recommended on all major components to ensure power on and error free boot up procedures. This can be enhanced by a set time and extra procedures soak test where project time frame permits.
For larger and business critical equipment complete staged testing can be completed using the configuration and lab environments to ensure full connectivity and interoperability.
