CAE in Sunday Times Best Workplaces List
CAE Technology Services has been ranked as the 67th best small company to work for in the prestigious Sunday Times feature.
Open to organisations of between 50 and 250 employees the competition attracts hundreds of entries from the thousands of companies that fall into the category, with places on the final list of just 100 highly prized.
On receiving the award CAE Managing Director, Justin Harling, enthused, “This is the first time we have entered and to achieve a place in the top 100 is testament to the hard work and attitude of everyone in the company.”
Businesses are assessed against eight factors by the people who know the company best – the employees.
Justin elaborates, “The fact that the result is based on the honest views of all the staff makes the achievement extremely special and shows the enormous pride that we all take in where we work. I am looking forward to taking this platform and improving on our position next year”.
