CAE - Officially a Better Place to Work

For the second year running CAE has appeared in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

CAE was in a lofty 28th position representing a massive improvement of 39 places on 2008.

Celebrating the award Managing Director, Justin Harling, enthused, “everyone in the company has really bought into the process of employee engagement showing a real desire and commitment to make CAE a better place to work”.

In addition, CAE has received a maximum of three out of three stars from the Best Companies accreditation scheme improving from two stars in 2008.

Justin continued, “The attitude of every employee makes the office a great place to be and is taken out to customer site ensuring we deliver confident and highly professional customer service. We will continue to work towards improvement but the whole team deserve immense credit for the work put in over the past months”.
