Customer service is not an abstract model that will in theory measure your satisfaction in our performance but is the defining characteristic for every contact you have with CAE. Solving your issues in the most responsive way is a constant challenge with our delivery against your expectation the only important measure.

The key question that allows us to understand our level of service to you is, "Would you recommend CAE to someone else?"

The follow up to this is "Have you?"

This website includes customer comments throughout because it is in these that we take most pride. In addition, such testimonials are supported by the Cisco annual customer satisfaction survey in which CAE has consistently achieved the highest score in the United Kingdom; never less than an overall score of 96%.

To assist on our quest to constantly provide the best customer service CAE is a member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS). ICS is the professional body tasked with leading customer service performance and professionalism and CAE is the first IT industry member.

We know that all IT companies aim to provide the best possible customer service - it is just none of them consistently reach our standard.
